Emma met us at the airport with a diplomat
transport from the British Embasy (or High Comission .. as
it is called between commonwealth countries)
Got home to Emmas house about 2 AM ... tired
by happy!
From our second floor bedroom window at
Emmas house.
On my first morning walk inside the diplomat
compound where Emma lives ...
The swiming pool a few houses away from
Emmas ... part of the living perks available to her (and us)
Emma and Mireille before getting into Emmas

Had a lovely lunch here and the ladies
enjoyed some spa treatment
Bombcheck going into a shopping mall
Emma arranged a diplomat transport to take
us 50km out into the country to see the countryside .. and
so visit a famous pottery.
Apparently one of the tribes here have legal
right (something like the Sammish here in Sweden) where they
have the right to herd and feed their cattle wherever they
wish!!
The social life of the younger generation.
Arrival at the potters place
Amazing work ... they make the clay from
what seems like gravel to me ... sifting and sifting --
rinsing and rinsing .. settling and settling!!
They invited us to a fish dinner ... The
potters son on the left
Buying stuff ... This pottery sells alot of
stuff to the different embassys in Accra ..
The potter and his wife saying good-bye to

Some good friends that work with Emma .. the
lady on the right (from Ethiopia) has a daughter that just
moved to Calgary to study!!

Mireille doing som baking for Emma
Out eating with a Nigerian family Emma works
with ... He is a doctor that took his masters degree at the
same university (and same time) as Emma did in London a few
years ago.
Was Mireille birthday ... so they all sang
happy birthday for her and came with a cake!
Lovely folks that helped Mireille celebrate
her birthday
Spent a night here with food poisoning
Getting better .. could even eat
