Canadian turkey dinner with family
2023-01-06
My 53 years in Sweden have given me a genuine appreciation for Swedish culture, traditions, and for the Swedish mind-set and way of life. I am thankful to have been able to raise our six children in this culture -- and they could grow up in the little country community that we live in.

At the same time, my imigrant background includes traditions  and life values that still are important to me — and to our family.

So in our household, we’ve created a special tradition: every year on January 6th, a Swedish holiday, we gather together and celebrate with a traditional Canadian Christmas turkey dinner.

And here we are !!.
