Much of the beautiful impression that you have left with us originates in your loving care and influence on us through the midday sun of our lives and yours --- when you  and mom had, and used, your strength in support and expression of your love for us.

However we don’t want to miss the lessons and important values you share with us now, as you bravely shuffle into the  evening dusk of lifes day.  It would be misleading for us to deny that the  unpredictable movement of these  ‘evening shadows’ doesn’t frighten us – But dad, your willingness to hold our hand as we try to be beside you, even now,  calms our minds  and makes us love you even more.
