It was exactly 31 years ago this evening that Mireille and I made our first major commitment to each other, and that same evening we began making some of the simplest of plans for what we hoped to be a long and happy life together.

These plans and dreams slowly have become our reality, and although somewhat adjusted through the years, we find us here this evening, still enjoying each other as then, in this lovely seaside restaurant just a few km from our home .

It has been an amazing journey Mireille -- Through it all, we must have done something right!!!
